5 Patient Reviews for
Dr. Downey

"Dr. Downey was very personable from the start. Our first meeting was on Zoom but it was apparent that he is professional, observant and experienced surgeon. Dr. Downey had the same professional demeanor upon my arrival at the Mayo Clinic. He was relaxed and had a sense of humor which put me more at ease about the surgery. His surgical team was also great and provided great post-op care."
